Supply Chain Assistant (Temporary – 6 Months)

We’re inviting applications for a Supply Chain Assistant to support purchasing and contracts functions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and administering service RFQs via an electronic platform
• Supporting purchasing activities for goods and services
• Assisting with supplier prequalification processes
• Providing day-to-day support to the supply chain team

What We’re Looking For:

• Five (5) CSEC/GCE O’ Level subjects, including English A and Mathematics (Grades 1 or 2 preferred)
• One of the following:
  • Level 4 CIPS or Diploma in Supply Chain Management (graduated after 2020) with at least one (1) year experience
  • OR Bachelor’s degree (Upper Second Class Honours) in Business Management or related field (graduated after 2020)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. JD Edwards, Maximo, SAP) is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
