MANAGING QUANTITY SURVEYOR

This is a senior position within the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all costs relating to the company's construction projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures, and advise on financial implications and contractual matters.

Experience/Qualification:
- Minimum of twenty (20) years experience in a Managing Quantity Surveying / Contracts Manager role within a large-scale construction environment.
- At least five to seven (5–7) years' experience operating at Managing Quantity Surveyor level within a large-scale construction environment in the Caribbean.
- Proven experience managing high-value, multi-million-dollar projects across multiple sectors, including commercial developments such as airports, hotels, and large residential/apartment complexes, manufacturing and industrial.
- Demonstrated expertise in large-scale commercial contracts, including high-rise residential developments (10+ floors)
- Experience in specialized sectors such as healthcare infrastructure, including hospitals and medical development centers.

Excellent compensation package including appropriate conditions for non-nationals where applicable. Also, opportunities to work in other Caribbean Islands.
